Evaluation Report for ITS for Voluntary Emission Reduction: An ITS Operational Test for Real-Time Vehicle Emissions Detection
This operational test combined the use of dynamic message sign (DMS) and a roadside detection device to provide real-time emission information to motorist about the vehicle they were driving.
