This document was a notice to bidders regarding the integration of an ITS network used to connect changeable message signs (CMS) and closed circuit television cameras (CCTV) with a Traffic Operations Center (TOC) to manage traveler information and traffic surveillance on the Route 91 Express Lanes between Orange, Anaheim, and Corona, California.
